Raffle Entry Data Sharing Consent

By entering a raffle on Be There Fantasy Sports, your personal information is sold to the third-party company sponsoring the raffle for their marketing purposes. This page explains exactly what data is sold, how it will be used, and your rights.
On iOS, we also ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, and we only sell your details if you allow it there. Declining does not stop you entering raffles or winning prizes — we simply fulfil your prize ourselves instead of passing your details to the sponsor. You can change your answer at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
1. What This Consent Covers
When you enter a raffle promotion on Be There Fantasy Sports, you are consenting to share certain personal information with the third-party business or sponsor ("Raffle Partner") that is providing the prize. This is separate from your general use of the Be There app and requires your explicit, informed consent.
2. What Data We Share
When you consent and enter a raffle, the following information will be shared with the Raffle Partner:

Your information is shared with the specific company or brand sponsoring the raffle you choose to enter. Each raffle clearly identifies the Raffle Partner before you enter. Examples may include:
- Sports merchandise and apparel companies
- Local businesses offering prizes
- National brands running promotional campaigns
- Sports teams and organizations
Important: Each Raffle Partner is a separate entity from Be There Fantasy Sports. Once your data is shared, it is subject to that company's own privacy policy and practices.
4. How Your Data Will Be Used
The Raffle Partner may use your information for:
- Raffle Administration: Contacting winners, verifying eligibility, and prize fulfillment
- Marketing Communications: Sending promotional emails, newsletters, and special offers about their products or services

Right to Decline
You are never required to enter a raffle. If you do not consent, simply do not enter. This will not affect your use of the Be There app.
Right to Withdraw
Once entered, you cannot withdraw your entry from that specific raffle, but you can choose not to enter future raffles.
Right to Unsubscribe
You can unsubscribe from the Raffle Partner's marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in their emails.
Right to Access
You can contact the Raffle Partner directly to request access to or deletion of your data under their privacy policy.
6. Legal Basis for Sharing
We share your data with Raffle Partners based on your explicit consent. You provide this consent each time you choose to enter a raffle after being presented with this disclosure. This consent is:
- Freely given: You can use Be There without ever entering a raffle
- Specific: Each raffle entry is a separate consent to share with that specific Raffle Partner
- Informed: You are told exactly what data is shared and how it may be used
- Unambiguous: You must take a clear affirmative action (entering the raffle) to consent
7. Third-Party Privacy Policies
Each Raffle Partner has their own privacy policy that governs how they handle your data after it is shared. We encourage you to review the Raffle Partner's privacy policy before entering. Be There Fantasy Sports is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party Raffle Partners.
8. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission to Raffle Partners. However, once your data is received by the Raffle Partner, their security practices apply.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this consent disclosure from time to time. If we make material changes to how data is shared, we will notify you in the app and require fresh consent before you can enter additional raffles.
